Reverse Dutch Stainless Wire Mesh, also named reverse dutch stainless steel screen, reverse dutch stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel screen refers to the regular arrangement of mesh products made of stainless steel wire or plate.

Reverse Dutch stainless wire screen is a type of woven wire mesh that has a thicker warp wire and a thinner weft wire. This creates a screen with a smaller aperture size in the warp direction and a larger aperture size in the weft direction. This design makes it ideal for applications where high mechanical strength and good filtration performance are required.

Material of Reverse Dutch Stainless Wire Mesh

Stainless steel screen includes SUS201, SUS202, SUS302, SUS304, SUS316, SUS304L, SUS316L, SUS310, SUS310S, SUS430 and other stainless steel grades.

304 SS: The most commonly used stainless steel in wire weaving. Excellent corrosion performance, can withstand temperatures of 1100 degrees Fahrenheit.

304L SS: Similar performance to 304ss, but with lower carbon content, better welding can be achieved.

316 SS: Similar properties to 304ss but is stabilized by the addition of Molybdenum for increased resistance to chemical corrosion.

316L SS: Similar to 304ss, but stabilized by adding molybdenum to improve its chemical resistance. 321 SS has both higher creep strength and stress rupture capabilities, and similarly possesses good low temperature toughness.

Surface Treatment: pickling and passivation, polishing.
