The Army Gabion Basket is different from the traditional gabion net (stone basket). It can not only hold stones, but also finer silt. The filling materials are local, especially suitable for the use in the lower reaches of rivers or seashore where stone is scarce. With the help of excavators, forklifts and other advanced tools, the installation efficiency is dozens or even hundreds of times than the traditional sandbags.

3. Material and structure

(1) The explosion-proof wall is composed of steel keel (galvanized square pipe 100 * 50 * 3mm), fiber cement composite steel plate (explosion-proof plate) and rock wool. The thickness of blast wall is 120mm.

(2) Fiber cement composite steel plate (explosion-proof plate) is a kind of synthetic fire-proof plate, which is made up of two punched 0.5 m thick galvanized steel plates pressed on 8.5 m thick fiber cement. The fiber cement layer sandwiched between the two steel plates can absorb energy.

(3) The specification of fiber cement composite steel plate (explosion-proof plate) is 1200 * 2400 * 9.5m. It can be cut according to the actual needs.

4. Selection points

(1) Army Bunker is divided into non thermal insulation type and thermal insulation type. The thermal insulation type is that fiber cement steel plate is made inside and outside the metal framework, and rock wool is filled in the middle of the framework. The fire resistance limit of thermal insulation explosion-proof wall can reach 4H.

(2) The pressure value of Army Bunker is greater than or equal to 400kPa, which can be more than 1000kPa. (i.e. 1MPa).
