Twill Weave Wire Mesh

Twill weave wire mesh is made by alternating two warp threads up and down each weft thread. The pattern is staggered on the following warp threads, providing a parallel diagonal appearance. Twill weave wire mesh allows the use of relatively heavier wire in certain meshes than is feasible in plain weave mesh. Such nets have a broad trend of supporting larger loads and finer filtering.

Twill Weave Wire Mesh is used for sieving and filtering under acid and alkali environmental conditions. It is used as a mud mesh in the petroleum industry, in the chemical and chemical fiber industry, as a sieve, filter, and electroplating.
